What do we hope to achieve? (to help focus the theme for the interviews) Some thoughts:
- Promote better diversity and inclusion in healthtech by:
- increasing awareness of EDI challenges in healthtech, by voicing the perspectives of people who have overcome challenges in the healthtech space
- hearing about the work/projects people are doing to improve diversity etc in healthtech... which may inspire others working in healthtech to do something similar
- providing a platform to share stories of awesome, healthtechie people...which may inspire people to enter healthtech
- ...
What medium should we use? e.g.audio +-video, written. And what platform should we share the content on?

How will we measure impact?
- what does good look like? How can we measure it?
How can we align with other similar projects happening within the OHT community?
- combine to form one campaign?
- multiple campaigns with ‘cross-campaign’ meetings to align/support each other?
Are there similar projects/interview series outside of OHT?
- If yes, should/can we team up or are we different?
