Look, we get it, logistics are complicated. Call the florist, make sure the prosecco is chilled, greet the guests at the door. Just joking, don’t stress out. Though that last part is true, and we do need to make sure some things are in place.

So, you’ve set up a Hub, and you have this awesome team around you, and you guys are going to dazzle and charm your local community with how wonderful you all are.

Which is great, that’s why we’re all here. But we do need to keep an eye on what we do before, at and after an event, just to make sure it all runs smoothly and we’re all happy.

As a Hub, you can host as many events over the year as you feel able to. Events can be evening gatherings, breakfast briefings, round tables, hackathons, curry nights or pub get togethers – whatever you feel your hub needs!

We have no rules about what a valuable activity is/ isn’t. It’s YOUR community, YOU know best. So, we’ve put together this tiny prep list for you to tick, which will avoid a mild ulcer and keep you as happy and zen as a zebra. 🦓
