• Create a banner in Canva - with appropriate colours/logos
• Duplicate a similar event
• Update the info - add the new banner
• Check the reg form. Make sure the questions include:
  • Name
  • Email
  • Job title
  • Organisation
  • Join the OHT mailing list
  • Access/dietary requirements
• Check the confirmation email text and title (scheduled 3 days before for in-person, and 1 hour for online)
• For a virtual event add the Zoom integration via the Features tab (and check in Zoom that its correctly generated)
• Make sure you have the photography policy
• Check and share the live site with Charlotte/appropriate OHT Hub/Specialist Network
